Ya no basta con no hacer mal uso de la informaci\u00f3n; ahora debes demostrar activamente que la cuidas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"prose prose-lg text-gray-700 font-serif leading-loose\">\n<p class=\"mb-8 first-letter:text-5xl first-letter:font-bold first-letter:text-brand-navy first-letter:float-left first-letter:mr-3 first-letter:mt-[-10px]\">Si tu empresa recolecta informaci\u00f3n de personas (clientes, trabajadores, proveedores), la ley te asigna autom\u00e1ticamente el rol de <strong>Responsable de Datos<\/strong>. En t\u00e9rminos simples, eres quien decide el \u00abpor qu\u00e9\u00bb y el \u00abc\u00f3mo\u00bb se usan esos datos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bg-red-50 border-l-4 border-red-500 p-6 my-8 text-gray-700 rounded-r-lg\">\n<h4 class=\"font-bold text-red-700 uppercase text-sm mb-2\">\ud83d\udeab La responsabilidad no se delega<\/h4>\n<p>Aunque contrates a una agencia de marketing o una empresa de software para procesar esa informaci\u00f3n (ellos son los \u00abEncargados\u00bb), <strong>t\u00fa sigues siendo el Responsable legal<\/strong> ante la Agencia de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos. Si ellos se equivocan, la multa principal es para ti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"font-heading text-2xl font-bold text-brand-navy mt-12 mb-6 flex items-center gap-3\">Tus Principales Obligaciones: El Dec\u00e1logo del Cumplimiento<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mb-6\">La Ley 21.719 establece un cat\u00e1logo de deberes proactivos. Estas son las 8 obligaciones cr\u00edticas que debes implementar:<\/p>\n<div class=\"space-y-8 mt-8\">\n<div class=\"flex gap-4\">\n<h3 class=\"flex-shrink-0 w-8 h-8 bg-brand-cyan rounded-full flex items-center justify-center text-white font-bold text-sm mt-1\">1 Principio de Licitud (Probar que es legal)<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p class=\"text-sm mt-1\">No puedes tratar datos \u00abporque s\u00ed\u00bb.
